LUME EXTRA ACOUSTIC SMOKE PLUS acoustic smoke-tight fire doors represent a premium solution for environments where not only fire protection is required, but also the prevention of smoke spread and effective noise reduction. The doors meet the EI30 DP3 classification, meaning they function as a wooden fire-resistant closure and prevent the spread of heat for up to 30 minutes. Thanks to their special internal reinforcement and strengthened door leaf construction, they also offer exceptional strength, stability, and long-term durability, even under intensive use. At the same time, they achieve Sa/Sm smoke-tightness classification, significantly contributing to the safe evacuation of occupants in the event of a fire.

A major advantage of these doors is their acoustic performance, reaching 34 dB sound insulation. As a result, they effectively reduce noise from surrounding areas and enhance comfort in apartment buildings, offices, and commercial premises.

The doors are designed for installation into a fire-rated frame, such as the two-piece steel Chadim DZDS frame with sealing, installed in a masonry or drywall partition with a minimum thickness of 10 cm. For flush (rebate-free) doors, a DZD steel frame must be used. The correct combination of door and frame is essential to achieve the required fire-resistance, smoke-tightness, and acoustic performance parameters.

From a design perspective, the doors offer a wide range of finish options. They can be manufactured in CPL and HPL laminate decors with various textures and surface structures, or in a RAL lacquer finish. This allows the doors to be easily matched with the interior design and other elements within the space.
