RC3 security doors are designed for entrance areas requiring a higher level of protection against burglary. The door construction is engineered to withstand advanced forced entry attempts while meeting fire safety requirements and ensuring everyday user comfort.

The doors feature EI30 fire resistance and DP3 classification, meaning they function as a wooden fire barrier and prevent heat spread for 30 minutes. This makes them particularly suitable for apartment buildings and facilities where fire safety compliance is mandatory.

Security is ensured by a FUHR 835 5-point self-locking system with a 72 mm pitch, which automatically locks the door upon closing to increase both convenience and security. The door leaf is fitted with three VX 7 939/100 3D hinges for precise three-axis adjustment. The hinge side also features four passive bolts to increase resistance against prying.

A major advantage is the wide variety of finishes – the doors can be manufactured in all available CPL and HPL variants, including various decors and textures, allowing them to easily match the interior and other doors in the building.

The doors also provide acoustic insulation of up to 32 dB when used with a sealed metal frame and threshold (gap) seal, significantly reducing hallway noise. For even greater comfort, a drop seal can be added.
