Steel doors are designed for demanding environments where high durability, security, and long service life are a priority. The construction consists of a supporting frame clad with 1 mm thick galvanized sheet metal, ensuring strength and resistance to mechanical damage. The doors are equipped with reinforcement in the hinge area, three hinges, and preparation for a door closer.

The doors are available in two basic variants. The insulated version features EPS filling and offers thermal resistance of up to approx. 2.2 m²K/W, suitable for spaces requiring thermal insulation. The fire-rated variant (PP) meets the EW/EI 30 classification (integrity/insulation for 30 minutes) and DP1 (construction containing only non-combustible materials, e.g., steel fire closure) and is intended for buildings where fire safety is required.

As standard, the doors are supplied with a hole for a cylinder lock with a 72 mm pitch and meet common standard requirements. In the basic version, they are supplied without a final surface finish, which can be selected according to project requirements.

Surface finish options include a basic transport coating or a final powder-coated finish. Standard shades are available, such as white RAL 9003/9010, black RAL 9005, grey shades RAL 7016, 7024, 7035, 7040, 7047, or other RAL colors upon individual request.

Steel doors are available in single and double-leaf versions and can be customized to specific dimensions and construction requirements. Thanks to their robust construction and variability, they represent an ideal solution for industrial buildings, warehouses, technical rooms, and commercial buildings.
