Change in the company name

Dears. 

We would like to inform you about the change of the company name. With effect from 12 August 2021, the name of the company will be DOORNITE s.r.o.. The registered office of the company, ID number, invoice addresses remain the same.

This change is related to a change in the ownership structure of the company. Masonite CZ spol. s r.o.  has been on 16th of June acquired by management from US-based Masonite International Corporation. The management team includes Pavel Šatný (General Manager), David Krubner (Sales and Marketing director) and Luboš Břoušek (Finance Director). 

DOORNITE s.r.o. will continue to use the MASONITE brand for manufactured doors and door frames under a license agreement.
